This critical discussion will be with the hiring manager so that we can clarify the details of a job opening before the hiring process begins. This meeting ensures that the recruitment process is efficient, targeted, and aligned with the manager's and company's goals.
It is important to create a compelling, clear and detailed job posting that attracts quality candidates. If a job description has already been created, we will post your job description. If a job description has not been created, we will create one for you.
We will proactively identify and contact potential candidates, both active job seekers and passive candidates. We will also filter out unqualified applicants and focus on candidates who meet the job requirements.
We will send the hiring manager a summary of each candidate that meets the job requirements. This summary will include their skills, highlights from the phone screen and salary requirements.
We will confirm the hiring teams availability for phone, virtual and onsite interviews and proceed with scheduling. We will also send the Hiring Manager/Hiring Team a calendar invite and the candidate an interview confirmation email.
This meeting with the hiring manager will be to obtain feedback on all candidate interviews and either a final decision or a projected date for a final decision.
If the client decides to hire a candidate, we will inform the candidate that the hiring manager will be contacting them with next steps. If the client declines the candidate, we will provide some of the feedback from the debrief with the hiring manager followed by an email.
